 Regular “Mail-In” Reservations: 

 In order to make sure payment is duly received, all checks should be mailed in time to ensure their arrival at the Noble Vikings P.O. Box no later than the Friday before our Regular Meeting on Tuesday.

 Telephone Reservations: 

 Telephone Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting.  All Members making a reservation by telephone (1) must have a credit card number on file, or (2) must give Kristilyn a valid credit card number over the phone.  Delivery of checks on the day of the luncheon will place that Member (and any Guest) in the “Walk-In Attendance” category.  Kristilyn will no longer telephone Members to remind them that they have not paid.

 Walk-In Attendance:

 Members attending as “Walk-Ins” must pay $80.00 at the door with either a check or credit card.  The meal provided to these “Walk-In” Members may not be that which is being served to pre-paid Members and Guests.  The Noble Vikings will have no control over the “Walk-In” meal to be served.  This will be at the sole discretion of the Chef at the Balboa Bay Club.
